Since DesignersDome is selling the digital product and the product will be delivered through email, Once the purchase has made there won’t be any refunds issued to the customers.
Instead we will be supporting the users who have made the payment and didn’t get the E-book/E-magazine on company promised standard time.
we will also support the users who have purchased and received the product and facing any technical issues while using/opening the product.
